Dual Prepaid Conferencing and Long Distance Calling represents a new and exciting revenue opportunity for resellers and retailers. This new calling card product delivers innovative calling features at competitive rates and appeals to the budget conscious small to medium business customer.
Features
This new dual use prepaid card delivers feature-rich audio conferencing with touch-tone commands to manage the call, ability to record and replay a conference call, and 24/7 (*0) conferencing support. Customers also have the ability to view their account status, manage conferencing options, download a .wav file of recorded conference calls, and view usage reports of both conference and long distance calls through an online customer service web site. A real-time report allows customers to closely monitor and control usage and spending on a per call basis.
How does it work?
Cardholders obtain a Toll Free number, an Access Code and a Moderator PIN. A voice menu offers 4 choices: Conference Calling, Long Distance Calling, Recharge and Customer Service. Once the cardholder makes a selection and enters the Access Code and PIN, a voice prompt announces the funds remaining on the card. All participants of the conference call must obtain the Toll Free number and Access Code of the cardholder. A voice prompt will play to the cardholder when only two minutes are remaining on the card.
Prepaid Customer Self Serve
The Prepaid Customer Self Serve is an online account management tool. Cardholders may view and edit account details, view account status, access usage reports and set up their account for AutoCharge.
Resellers obtain a branded Customer Self Serve with their own logo and colors. The majority of client account-related inquiries are easily answered with a visit to the Customer Self Serve. This feature reduces call traffic within your customer service group.
AutoCharge
AutoCharge allows automatic fund reload without interrupting calls in progress. Customers who would like to take advantage of this feature must enter their credit card details on the Customer Self Serve website and select the amount they wish to re-load to their card. A voice prompt will inform the cardholder when the funds are almost all depleted and offer to AutoCharge the card. The cardholder needs to confirm by pressing a touch-tone command. The card is reloaded automatically and the call continues with minimal interruption.
Alternatively, clients who are not comfortable with entering a credit card on a web site may opt to add funds using the Recharge voice menu.
Postpaid Calling Cards
Telecommunications providers and large corporations may prefer to opt for a postpaid model allowing the cardholder to place as many calls as necessary and pay one invoice monthly.
