Our toll free conferencing allows your customers to hold a conference whenever they need to, and they never need to make a reservation. We professionally record your own branded welcome greeting and you obtain your own toll-free number. To start a conference, the Chairperson and participants simply dial the 800-number and enter an Access Code. For added security, the Chairperson may enter a Chairperson Pass Code. Simple touch-tone commands enable the Chairperson and participants to manage the conference themselves. Optional Service Features allow you to offer clients additional functionality.

Our toll conferencing service functions the same way as the toll free conferencing service. However, with the toll service, each participant and the Chairperson incur their own long distance charges (if applicable), which are billed by their respective long distance providers.
