Service Features
Assemble Conferencing offers many service features allowing your customers to control their conference calls.
We encourage you to send a Welcom Kit to all of your customers. The Kit includes a wallet-size card customized with your client’s toll free and local dial-in numbers and access codes. Chairperson touch-tone commands are listed on the reverse. We design your Kit as part of our Wholesale Program.
A powerful feature to access and download previously recorded calls. Your customers login to a secure web site to view their audio conference call files, then download files (.wav) to their computer. They can listen to the audio files using a preferred audio player. Perform edits, add audio effects and customize recordings via their chosen audio editor.
At any time during the conference, the Chairperson may press *4 to record the call. The recording is available after the end of the conference and can be accessed using a special dial-in number and access code. The Instant Replay information is available on the Customer Self Serve site.
Chairpersons may opt to receive an email at the end of their audio conferences. The report lists each caller in the call and the minutes used.
